My name is Alice Gipson and I am teaching 6th Grade Earth/Space Science and 6th Grade World History this year at Holley-Navarre Middle School. I am married to my wonderful husband, Brad, who is in the Air Force. We are proud parents to three beautiful children, Landon, Emily, and Olivia.

In our spare time, we enjoy traveling the world and eating our way through the different cuisines encounter in our travels. I particularly enjoy museums and historical landmarks. (I am a History teacher, after all!) We have lived in the United Kingdom for three years where we did a lot of traveling throughout Europe. We are excited to now tour the Southern United States, including a trip to Disney World!

I was born and raised in New Mexico. ​I attended the University of New Mexico and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Bachelors of Arts in History. Then returned to UNM to receive my Masters in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies.
